This introductory session moves at a manageable pace with a focus on basic movements and technique:
- The "Down-Bounce": Learn the secret to rebounding—pushing down into the mat rather than jumping up—to maximize lymphatic drainage and minimize joint impact.
- Core & Balance: We’ll practice basic movements that build your "inner corset" (core) and improve your overall stability.
- The Basics: We'll cover the most commonly used jump movements, and repeat throughout the class, to familiarize you with the terminology, transitions, and proper techniques.
STEADY BOUNCE
Ready to move beyond Jump 101 but not quite looking for peak intensity? This 50-minute session is designed for those who have found their "bounce" and want to refine their form while building endurance.
We blend steady-state rebounding with intentional strength and resistance segments, using bands and weights to tone and stabilize. It’s the perfect middle ground to build your confidence, master the your jump technique at a manageable pace, and get a full-body workout without the pressure. Come as you are, leave stronger!
JUMP TABATA
Get ready for this test of endurance and strength in this high-intensity, interval-based challenge, inspired by traditional Tabata.
This 60-minute class is built on powerful, alternating blocks of cardio and conditioning:
- The Rebounder Block: 6 rounds of 50-second cardio bursts on the trampoline. This segment is designed to maximize lymphatic drainage and cardiovascular endurance.
- The Recovery Gap: A 50-second active rest to reset your breathing.
- The Strength Block: 6 rounds of 50-second targeted muscle work. We rotate through upper and lower body exercises using weights and resistance to build lean, functional power.
- We put some fun full jump songs in the class too, to mix things up!

- The Band: Focused segments of continuous resistance to challenge your alignment, strengthen your core, and create a lean, balanced physique.
- The Flow: This hybrid cycle ensures a total-body workout that is as fluid as it is intense, leaving you feeling strong, sculpted, and energized.
Jump and Pump is a high-energy, hybrid class designed to give you the ultimate low-impact, high-intensity workout. By alternating between heart-pumping cardio bursts on the rebounder and targeted strength training intervals, we maximize fat burn and muscle definition in every session.
- The Jump: We’ll bounce through two or three high-energy songs on the trampoline to get your heart rate going and flush the lymphatic system.
- The Pump: We transition to 3–4 minutes of focused strength work, rotating through upper body weights, resistance bands, and diverse lower body conditioning.
- The Cycle: This alternating pattern continues through the entire class, ensuring a total-body workout that never feels repetitive.
