Fitness has always been my compass. From high school dance and a 90s college obsession with step aerobics to 10Ks, Tough Mudders, and seven years of dedicated rebounding, my journey has come full circle. I’ve learned that the discipline built in the studio creates a foundation for a well-rounded life—though I’m a firm believer in the power of moderation. For me, the 'good life' is a balance of hard work and simple joys: specifically coffee, exercise, and a never-ending supply of chocolate.
